Extras

Chapter & Verse Lincoln reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or revoke any vendor or author stall allocation at any time where it is deemed reasonable and necessary to do so. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, breaches of Lincoln Fiction Book Festival's terms and conditions, conduct that may negatively impact the festival, safety concerns, inaccurate or misleading information provided in an application, or circumstances beyond the festival's reasonable control.

Where a stall allocation is withdrawn by the festival for reasons other than a breach of these terms by the vendor or author, a full refund of any stall fees paid will be issued. Where the withdrawal results from a breach of the festival's terms and conditions, the festival reserves the right to retain all or part of the fees paid, depending on the circumstances.

All decisions made by the festival in relation to stall allocations will be reasonable and made in the best interests of the festival, its attendees, participants, and stakeholders.
